Recycling Information

• We accept cones of any brand and weight, with or without reflective collars. There is no minimum or maximum quantity.
• The cones must meet the acceptance criteria or major damage occurs with the processing equipment – process comes to a grinding halt!
• Individual cone photos are not required. Photos of your cones can be taken of the entire pallet (try to give a clear picture).
• For efficient processing, cones must be palletised for offloading. We have forklift capability on site. For loose cones, crew assistance is required.
• IMPORTANT: Please wait for confirmation from an RTL representative before returning any cones.

Carry out these Checks:

• Remove any embedded rocks / stones from the underside of the cones.
• 

Acceptable Cones:

• 
• Minor punctures and staining are acceptable.
• Separated tops and bases are acceptable if returned together.
• Upper portions without bases are acceptable.

Unacceptable Cones:

• 
• Cones containing bitumen, gravel, or foreign objects cannot be recycled.
• Broken bases or unacceptable cones incur a $6.00 + GST disposal charge per cone.
